Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. Town House cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix carrots, soup and cheese together and put in casserole. Mix margarine (melted) with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. (Make cooked carrots for a short time prior to mixing as directed.)
