Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain fat and add onions, pepper, chili powder and rice.
    Cook until onions change color.
    Pour into 4-quart casserole dish and pour tomatoes over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
