Breast Of Turkey On Broccoli Morney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large broccoli spears
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 large slices white turkey
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli spears in lightly salted boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes or just until done.
    In small saucepan, melt butter and add flour; mix well. Add scalded milk, salt and pepper and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add Cheddar and stir until melted.
