Nut And Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans, ground
    1 to 2 cloves, garlic, ground
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/8 tsp. soy sauce
    4 drops Tabasco
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Put pecans and garlic through medium blade of food chopper. Blend next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix in ground nuts.
    Shape in a roll 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Sprinkle chili powder.
    Wrap tightly in wax paper.
    Chill log at least 4 hours.
    Slice before serving or leave as log.
    Allow to soften at room temperature. Serve with crackers.
    Yields 1 log.
