Sally'S Prize Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp. diced lemon peel (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Stir flour, salt and baking powder in medium bowl.
Mix with sugar and slowly stir in milk to make batter.
Melt butter in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour batter over melted butter.
Do not stir.
Dump blueberries into batter and sprinkle cinnamon and lemon peel on top of mixture.
