Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut and set aside while creaming the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, to this and beat well.
Add milk, coconut and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until golden brown and firm.
Do not overbake.
