Kimchee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    6 medium onions, sliced
    1 whole pod sliced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large bottles Tabasco sauce
    4 bottles Louisiana red hot or 2 large jars picante sauce (medium)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and cook until cabbage is tender. Place in jars and wait one week.
