Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c sugar
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    8 Tbsp butter
    2 c heavy cream
    1 loaf french bread (stale)
    1 c raisins
    1 c pecans, chopped
    Butterscotch sauce (jar)
Preparation
    Mix all 7 ingredients together in a bowl. Remove crust from bread, cut into squares. Put the bread into a long baking pan. Add raisins and pecans on top of bread. Next, pour the custard mix on top. Cover with foil, pierce foil with a fork, in several places. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and brown for 10 minutes. Serve with butterscotch sauce over it.
