Family Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. macaroni noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. catsup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushroom slices
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook noodles in 1 1/2 quarts boiling water until tender, 7 to 10 minutes.
While noodles cook, cook and stir beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in drained noodles, celery, catsup, mushrooms with liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover; simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
