Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. tepid water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter (1/2 stick)
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast, water and sugar in bowl.
    Stir and let stand in warm place; add to scalded milk, salt, sugar and butter.
    Add flour, yeast and milk mixture.
    Let rise 15 minutes, then knead down and let rise 15 minutes.
    Grease 2 loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
