Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    1 c. cut up carrots
    2 large cut up potatoes
    1 can peas
    2 chopped onions
    1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
    1 bay leaf (optional)
Preparation
    Place pieces of kielbasa in a skillet with 1/2 cup chopped scallions.
    Add 1 cup water and enough red wine to cover them and cook until kielbasa are heated.
    Remove them and cook down the wine a bit.
    Then spoon the sauce over the kielbasa.
