Unfried French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large baking potatoes (2 1/2 lb.)
    2 large egg whites
    1 Tbsp. Cajun spice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Slice each potato as you like for fries.
    Coat baking (cookie) sheet with 3 sprays of vegetable oil (Pam).
    Combine egg whites and the Cajun spice in a bowl; beat. Add potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Put potatoes on baking sheet, adding liquid off them.
    Leave space between each.
    (I use 2 cookie sheets.)
    Place shelves at lowest position in oven.
    Turn every 8 minutes for about 45 to 60 minutes.
    Let them brown evenly.
    These have only the calories of baked potatoes because they have no fats!
