Steamed Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Butter a baking dish (2-quart).
    Put all ingredients in and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serves six.
    (May be doubled.)
