Quick Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. popped corn
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
    Combine butter and brown sugar in a 1-cup glass measure.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until mixture has boiled 1 minute, stirring once or twice.
    Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
    Pour syrup mixture over popped corn.
    Toss to evenly coat corn.
    If desired, shape into balls or spread on waxed paper until cool and dry.
