Meat And Cheese Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pasta shells (jumbo)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. cheese, grated (combination of sharp Cheddar and Monterey Jack works well)
Preparation

Cook shells in boiling water according to directions on box. In a frying pan, brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off any extra grease.
Add bread crumbs and parsley; set aside.
Cover bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with 2/3 cup of spaghetti sauce.
After shells are cool, fill with meat mixture and place in baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over the shells until they are completely covered.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
