Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 small onion
    4 cloves garlic
    2 dill pickles
    1 small jar olives
    1/2 jar pimento
    5 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Chop onion, garlic, pickles, olives and pimentos.
    Add mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, lemon juice and parsley flakes.
    Mix well.
    Put in jar and let stand overnight before using.
    Will keep 3 to 4 weeks.
