Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large or 24 medium mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion (include tops)
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. flaked crab
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms.
    Remove stems and some of meat.
    Chop and saute stems with onions in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in all else, except cheese and rest of butter and wine.
    Melt butter and coat mushrooms with it.
    Fill each mushroom with stuffing and pile cheese on top.
    Pour wine into baking pan and bake mushrooms at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
