2 lb. hot sausage, sliced
1 lb. ham, sliced
3 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb. okra, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
cayenne pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
2 qt. water
1 qt. chicken stock
2 celery stalks with leaves
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp. margarine
