Spicy Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet until meat is lightly brown and onion is tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, sugar and oregano leaves.
    Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
    Spoon off excess fat.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Heat and stir until cream cheese is melted and well blended.
    Keep warm in chafing dish or buffet server.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 3 cups.
