Bob Andy Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 c. Granulated sugar
1 c. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Ground cloves
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
2 c. Milk
1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars, flour, cinnamon, cloves and salt. In another bowl beat the eggs, add milk, butter and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then pour into the pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes. The filling will be shaky when you remove it from the oven. The pie puffs up, but levels off as it cools. Serve at room temperature. Serves 8-10.
