Rotini And Vegetables(International: Italy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 zucchini, diced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. cooked rotini noodles
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley (optional)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Saute next 7 ingredients slowly for 10 minutes. Add cooked, drained rotini to vegetables.
    Heat through.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
