Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe-Peg corn, drained
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix corn, green beans, onion, green pepper, celery, sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and cream of celery soup.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Melt margarine.
    Stir in crackers and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Put on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
