Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, celery, onion, crackers and salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Brown quickly in hot skillet. Place in shallow baking dish, 7 x 9-inch.
