Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 jars baby food plums
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and plums.
    Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon and cloves.
    Gradually add dry ingredients to the eggs, oil and plum mixture.
    Beat at slow speed for about 2 minutes. Add raisins and nuts.
    Stir until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
