Coffee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. light brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. warm coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. pkg. chocolate bits for top
Preparation

Combine
oil and sugar; mix well.
Add eggs, coffee and vanilla.
Mix
and sift flour, soda and salt.
Stir into sugar mixture and
mix well.
Spread on greased and floured 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch
jelly
roll pan.
Spread with nuts and chocolate bits on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
