Baked Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork steak
3/4 lb. veal
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans water
1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation

Brown meat in small amount of fat.
Add celery and onion.
Cook until light brown.
Add rest of ingredients.
Add chow mein sauce to taste.
Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
