Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp melted shortening
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp hot water
grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients, add beaten egg, shortening, orange juice and hot water. Combine only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in nuts cranberries and orange rind. Makes 1 loaf. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
