Pork Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless pork roast
    2 cans 7-Up
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. bamboo sticks
    Accent to taste
    black pepper to taste
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Slice pork across grain into 1/4-inch thick strips.
    Mix 7-Up, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, Accent and pepper together.
    Pour mixture over pork strips and marinate 12 to 24 hours.
    Place pork strips on bamboo sticks.
    Barbecue over hot coals.
    Before pork is finished cooking, brush with barbecue sauce.
