Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    small pkg. Dorito chips
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil fryer in salted water, debone, and cut in small piece. Saute onion.
    In saucepan mix tomatoes, soups and onion.
    Heat to boiling.
    In baking dish, layer Doritos and chicken.
    Pour soup mixture over; cover with cheese.
    Pour chicken broth over all. Heat in 375\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and bubbles around edge, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
