Oriental Sea Bass Or Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sea bass or salmon
    1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or rice vinegar
Preparation
    Whisk soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger and vinegar together in measuring cup.
    Arrange fish in a shallow dish.
    Pour on marinade and turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
