Art'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. each: ground lean (90%) beef and pork (as lean as you can get) *
1 3/4 or 2 c. bread crumbs, crushed small
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 medium onion, minced small
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. each: nutmeg, allspice and cardamom

*Stores don't tell you about pork, but if you know a butcher or you're doing your own, leave out 90% of the fat!
