Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 baked pie shell
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, tapioca, egg yolks and lemon juice in top of a double boiler.
    Cook until done.
    Stir in butter.
    Cool mixture, then pour into baked pie shell.
