Ground Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 potatoes, peeled and chunked
    1 onion, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    3/4 c. tomato soup, diluted with water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in large casserole.
    Pour soup over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 400\u00b0.
