Apple Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. oil
2 egg whites
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. apples, grated
1/2 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, in another bowl mix remaining ingredients except apple and carrot.
To the dry ingredients add liquids and mix; fold in apples and carrots.
Line a 12 muffin tin with paper muffin liners or spray with Pam.
Fill cups half full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
