Cream Cheese Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf white bread, crusts cut off
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk; set aside. Melt oleo; set aside.
Combine 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Set aside.
Roll out each slice of bread until flat with rolling pin.
Spread each slice with cream cheese mixture; roll up jelly roll fashion.
