Colorful Veggie Bake - cooking recipe

2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen California Blend veggies
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 Tbsp. butter, divided
1/2 c. crushed butter flavored crackers (about 13 crackers)
Preparation

Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Place half in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Pour half over vegetables. Repeat layers. Melt remaining butter. Toss with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
