Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran or bran flakes
    1 c. melted shortening
    3 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix bran, sugar, soda, salt and flour.
    Add eggs, shortening and milk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    May store in refrigerator 4 to 6 weeks.
