Refrigerator Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    6 red tomatoes, peeled
    4 c. celery
    4 c. onions
    1/4 c. salt
    4 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. mustard seed (scant)
Preparation
    Chop in food processor separately the red peppers, green peppers, celery and onions.
    Mix together red and green peppers, tomatoes, celery and onions.
    Add 1/4 cup salt.
    Set mixture aside for 12 hours.
    Drain mixture and add sugar, vinegar and mustard seed.
    Mixture gets spicier as it sets.
