Whole Wheat Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water or milk
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. wheat flour
    4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Pour boiling water over salt, sugar and shortening. When lukewarm, add the yeast and stir in the wheat flour gradually.
    Mix to a stiff dough and knead until smooth, adding more flour, if necessary.
    Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
    Shape into 2 loaves and place in greased and floured pans.
    Let rise again until double in bulk and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until the bread shrinks from pan.
