Gingerbread (Castle) Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. water
3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and water until it holds a stiff peak.
Beat in powdered sugar gradually.
Beat 5-10 minutes; until it holds soft peak.
Cover with damp towel when not using. Keep in tightly covered tupperware if done ahead.
Note:
Hardens when exposed to air.
