Cabbage And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into small pieces.
    Fry in skillet with cooking oil.
    When almost tender, place hamburger, rolled into 1-inch balls, on top of cabbage.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with lid.
    Turn once or twice and cook until meatballs are done.
