Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fresh dill, minced
2 drops Tabasco
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 scallions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. cream cheese
2 loaves extra thin bread
6 to 8 cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 bunches dill (for garnish)
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
Add cream cheese in small amounts and blend. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
To serve, cut bread into shapes. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bread; top with slice of cucumber and dill.
