Easy Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 slices white bread, cubed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove all
    cartilage
    from crab meat.\tIn medium-sized pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
    Mix in flour, slowly add milk, stirring constantly to
    keep
    free
    of
    lumps.
    Cook, stirring over medium heat
    until
    mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Mix in onions, Worcestershire
    sauce
    and bread cubes.
    Cool. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons
    butter
    until\tlightly browned.
    Add crabmeat and toss
    lightly.
    Combine
    with sauce mixture.
    Put mixture in individual\tshells\tor
    greased
    1\tquart casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika
    over top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until hot and bubbly and lightly browned
    on top, 10 to 15 minutes.\tMakes 4 generous servings.
