Biscuit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. raisins
    1 small can coconut
    1 c. water (about)
    12 biscuits (stale biscuits are best)
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Place biscuits in bottom of pan and cover with water.
    Soak about 30 minutes.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over biscuits and water.
    Place in 250\u00b0 oven and bake until golden brown.
