Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium size potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    3 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika (if desired)
Preparation
    Pare and cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Boil in salted water until just barely tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain thoroughly and toss with butter or margarine and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sour cream, cottage cheese and onions and toss gently until well combined.
    Turn mixture into 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top.
