Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, boiled in skin, cool and cube
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix all together except bacon.
    Place in 3-quart casserole dish and dot with crumbled bacon and slices olives if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
