Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pretzels, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix pretzels, margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cream the softened cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar.
    Stir in Cool Whip.
    Spread on pretzel layer. Combine Jell-O and boiling water.
    Add strawberries and pineapple.
    Allow to cool.
    Pour over cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip layer.
    Refrigerate until top layer is congealed.
    Can be used as a dessert.
