Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken filets, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 box frozen broccoli
    1 can broccoli soup with 1 can water
    3/4 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Saute chicken in butter.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Add carrots and thawed broccoli, soup, water and rice.
    Cover and cook until rice is done.
    Serves 4.
