Ellen'S Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef, turkey or venison
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine the meat, milk, oatmeal, cracker crumbs, eggs, onion (1/2 cup), garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Mix will be soft.
    Shape into walnut-size balls.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
