Pecan Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 to 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. Crisco
Topping (see below)
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Add topping and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
